At Cousin Jack's Pasty Co.

We love making and eating pasties. We also love working with local and organic farms and ranches to be able to fill each pasty with real ingredients that you would find in your kitchen at home. From the grassy pastures of Knee Deep Cattle in Coburg, to the Willamette Valley farmers that grow vegetables, grains, fruits and nuts, we're keeping it local.

What's a pasty you say?

Take the most delicious and fresh veggies, meats, cheeses or fruits, wrap with a flaky crust and bake! Cousin Jack's hand-makes pasties daily in our Whiteaker neighborhood facility. We serve them hot at local venues, festivals and Farmers Market, as well as packaging them frozen for the Natural Foods Stores. Pick up a frozen pack of pasties at your local market, pop them in your oven and enjoy a wholesome meal anytime!
